I worked in a ... I worked in a prison system for 6? years and have seen it all. For the most part the tatts are really bad. Having said that, you have to understand what they are making them with. The home made guns are pretty unique with borrowed parts from anything motorized. The ink is usually a mixture of pencil lead, soap, and ink from pens. Most of these guys are long timers so have very little to lose. They just want to look tough. Many never ad a tatt before prison.
